Grades 6 and 7 Make Waves at the Science Fair

On Tuesday, December 17, all 6th- and 7th-grade students participated in the Science Fair, an event that has become an essential part of life at LFC. Students were excited to showcase their research, experiments and models – which they completed in small groups (2 or 3 students) over several weeks during all their science classes. This year’s theme, “Oceans of Knowledge,” welcomed parents, students from many grades, and Valérie Livrelli — the new attaché for science and technology at the French Consulate in Chicago. Everyone was impressed by the quality of their work.
