A Successful First Integration Camp in Wisconsin for 6th Graders
Last week, our three 6th grade classes spent two days at the Covenant Harbor campsite in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin to celebrate their transition into middle school. This camping trip is a first for the 6th grade and gave our students the chance to participate in many sports and fun activities, such as tree climbing, archery, hiking, a giant swing, and more. They even enjoyed delicious marshmallows roasted around a campfire! There is nothing like getting to know each other better, reflecting on the values of the Lycée and of course, having fun. Many thanks to their chaperones (Caroline DeLanghe, Delphine Geannopulos, Emmanuelle Lacôte, Joseph Leblanc, Nicole McKendry, Doug Stanley and Florian Varin) without whom this tradition could not have begun.
