Generations' Day 2023

Last Friday, more than 275 grandparents and other adults who play important roles in the lives of our students came to the Lycée for Generations' Day. Visiting with students from Kindergarten through 8th grade, the morning was full of fun festivities for everyone.
Starting with breakfast in the cafeteria, our grandparents and special friends attended presentations in the gym – where they took part in a short lesson on French pronunciation, a speech from two upcoming graduates on their enriching experiences at LFC and an “interactive” song from our Kindergarteners. This was followed by classroom time, where they were able to spend time with students and their peers.
The beaming smiles on the faces of all our students and their guests were enough to light up the halls. This day was a wonderful opportunity for students to show their special friends the behind-the-scenes of our beautiful school. Thank you all for bringing so much joy to our students, and we hope that you have as amazing memories of this celebration as they do.
