An Unforgettable Basketball Tournament

What do you get when you bring together 12 Lycées, 25 middle school teams and 250 participants? Three exciting days of basketball!

The LFC was proud to host this AEFE network tournament and welcome its fellow North American French schools to Chicago. The four Flames teams fought hard, with the girls varsity team making it to the finals before being bested by the Awty International School of Houston. In the boys' final, Collège Stanislas Montréal and Lyćee Rochambeau of Washington, DC, played a close match before Rochambeau ultimately prevailed. The four final teams had the privilege of playing at the United Center before a Chicago Bulls game.
