Tuition & Financial Aid

There are three payment schedule options:

• One payment (full tuition): The one-time payment will be due in July. A flat one-time fee of $25.00 will be charged by FACTS when the enrollment agreement is finalized.
• Two Installments: You may opt for pre-authorization to automatically withdraw the balance owed in two equal installments via ACH (Automated Clearing House) or credit card payment. One-half of the balance will be deducted in June. The remaining half of the balance will be deducted in December. A flat one-time fee of $25.00 will be charged by FACTS when the enrollment agreement is finalized.
• Twelve Installments: The first installment will be due in June, and each successive month thereafter until the balance is paid in full (the last installment will be deducted in May). A one-time flat fee of $55.00 will be charged by FACTS when the enrollment agreement is finalized.         

Please note:

• A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 per student (deducted from the final tuition) is due after the submission of the enrollment contract in order to finalize the enrollment.
• In the event that you do not make a payment when due, LFC reserves the right to impose a late fee.

• Your payment is due on time. Securing a copy of the invoice is your responsibility. You will be able to review your account activities and statements by logging on to your FACTS account. If you need help accessing your FACTS account, you can contact their 24/7 help desk directly at 1-866-441-4637.
• LFC reserves the right not to accept any student with an unpaid tuition balance from prior academic years. LFC expects full payment of any unpaid balance before the start of the new academic year.
• There is a contractual obligation to pay tuition and fees in full for each semester or trimester, without regard to payment method; additionally, tuition and fees are non-refundable, even in the event of early withdrawal from the school
• Payment obligations must be honored in accordance with the approved payment terms for the particular payment agreement selected. For delinquent accounts (45 days non-payment per term), LFC will place the account and records on financial hold and will strictly enforce, including and without limitation, withholding the student’s transcripts, diplomas and report cards until the student’s account is paid up-to-date in accordance with the payment agreement. 

• New Family Fee (Pre-K level) – $2,250
• New Family Fee (Jr-K to 12th grade levels) – $3,000
• Non-refundable Tuition Deposit – $2,000 due in full at the time of enrollment
• Supplies Fee – $350–$460 (variable by grade)
• NSF (returned payment) Fee – $25
• Late Payment Fee – $25 
• Financial Aid Application Fee – $45 (per application)
• FACTS Credit Card Transaction Fee – 3.05% per charge

Due to our strong commitment to keeping our offerings superior, our tuition accessible and our socioeconomic diversity strong, the actual cost of educating our students is always higher than tuition itself. Therefore, philanthropic giving by all LFC families, at their individual capacity, is an essential component to keeping the school’s annual operating budget healthy. As a fully independent U.S. school, the LFC receives no significant financial support from the US or French governments.
