Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee determines school rules and regulations and offers opinions on all pedagogical matters and issues relating to student life. These include the school calendar, the wellbeing of the students and educational plans.

The committee is made up of three elected teachers, three elected parents and three administrators. The three teacher representatives are elected by the teachers at the end of each academic year to serve for the following year. The parent representatives are elected by the entire parent body at the Lycée at the beginning of the academic year to serve during that year. The Director of the school chairs the committee meetings. The presidents of the Student Councils of the middle and high schools also attend the meetings. The committee meets at least four times each academic year.

While the final agenda is determined by the school principal, parents and teachers have the opportunity to suggest topics for discussion by contacting their representatives. Meeting minutes are made available on this site.
