All registrations must be made online. The partnership formed with Thriva - a division of The Active Network, Inc. - allows you to easily register online for each program and reserve your spot in real time, as well as securely process payments.
During your first registration you can create an account with which you will be able to manage all further registrations, what programs you have registered for, and set up payment options. If you have already created an account, please make sure to enter the system as a "Returning user" to avoid duplicate accounts.Please note that registrations are subject to availability and are granted on a first come first served basis.
A $100.00 non refundable deposit must be made online at the time of registrations. While in the shopping cart, families can elect to pay for the full amount now or decide to pay on May 1st when full payment is due. In that case, your credit card will be charged on May 2nd.
Cancelations in writing will be accepted until May 1st. The $100.00 deposit will not be refunded. No refund will be offered for cancelations received after May 1st.
MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT
When on the homepage of the Thriva registration website, do not enter your user name and password but scroll down and click on Click Here to go to the Login page. Enter your user name and password to access your account. From this page, you can add new services, check your account, process payments, order extra hats or t-shirts, etc.
