In the spring of 2005, the Board of Trustees created and approved a long-term strategic plan that identifies a number of objectives to help guide the school's growth and development decisions through June 2010. The plan was based on the results of a school-wide survey conducted in fall 2004. Key priorities identified in the plan include:

Maintaining academic excellence of the highest caliber by:

• Upgrading our computer lab with state-of-the-art equipment
• Expanding professional development opportunities for Lycée faculty and staff

Increasing student enrollment and improving school life by:

• Doubling the amount of financial aid available to ensure economic diversity among Lycée families
• Fostering a better understanding of the Lycée community about the competitive advantage of completing the French Baccalaureate and its International Option
• Continuing the development of sports and extracurricular activities

Enhancing internal and external communications by:

• Improving our website for expanded use and greater interactivity
• Developing effective print materials and signage
