Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees' primary functions include:

  • The development of the school's long-term strategic plan
  • The ongoing review and assessment of the educational mission of the school
  • The selection, support and review of the school principal
  • The approval of the school's annual budget and financial plan

The Board also maintains and oversees the following committees:

  • Finance
  • Nominating
  • Education
  • International Studies
  • Long-Term Strategic Plan
  • Building
  • Development
  • Marketing

The Board's composition reflects strategic and business expertise, financial resources, and the historical perspective needed to achieve the mission and strategic objectives of the Lycée. The nominating committee identifies and presents new trustees to the Board.
