Lycée Financial Aid

The Lycée Français de Chicago earmarks a certain portion of its funds for financial aid. Financial aid awarded is based solely on need and without regard to race, religion, national or ethnic background. The Lycée’s financial aid is destined primarily for children who are not eligible to apply for or receive financial aid from any other source.

French Government Scholarships

Children of French nationality are eligible to apply for financial aid through the Consulate General of France in Chicago. The child must be of French nationality and reside with his/her parents. Information––including the application deadline, which changes annually––and application forms are available on the website of the Consulate General of France at www.consulfrance-chicago.org.

Completed applications are accepted at the consulate at the beginning of the calendar year for the following school year. It is imperative to apply before the deadline.
