Accreditation

The Lycée Français de Chicago is listed on the official roster of the French Schools in Foreign Countries (AEFE). It is part of the French Ministry of Education worldwide network, which includes over 450 schools outside France. A student leaving the Lycée is prepared to transition smoothly into schools in the US, France, or any country in the world.

The Lycée is also registered with the Illinois Board of Education and accredited by the Independent School Association of Central States (ISACS), one of the most prestigious independent school associations in the country. It is a member of the Lake Michigan Association of Independent Schools (LMAIS).
